At Set & Stones, I lead creative strategy and email campaign execution for a boutique DTC jewelry brand, developing content that aligns with product launches, seasonal trends, and the brand’s tone of voice. I partner closely with PR and influencer teams to concept and execute gifting campaigns and partnerships with talent including @linsarnold, @bkoof, and @rrayyme. My work spans everything from hands-on content creation to packaging design. I also design conversion-focused email campaigns that blend storytelling with data, using A/B testing and performance insights to guide creative decisions. Collaborating with the Founder and Brand Manager, I help build out campaign calendars and asset direction across social, DTC, and retail channels.

Over the past year, my email campaigns have driven over $64,000 in revenue, reaching more than 19,000 recipients. I consistently improved performance across key metrics, with +10% higher open rates, +14% click-through rates, and +25% conversion rates compared to the previous year.
My campaigns maintained an average open rate of 60.6%, CTR of 4.47%, and a conversion rate of 2.79%, with a highly efficient cost-per-click of just $0.09. These results reflect a strong balance between creative storytelling and data-driven strategy.
