From Project Coordinator to Content Specialist

At Fairfield Residential, I lead the execution of strategic content campaigns that support both brand initiatives and community storytelling. I manage the full content lifecycle from brief development to cross-functional rollout, across digital and social platforms, ensuring every asset aligns with brand strategy. I collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to launch campaigns that boost organic reach and deepen brand loyalty. I also track performance monthly, reporting on KPIs and delivering insights to senior leadership to help shape future marketing plans. Additionally, I support go-to-market efforts by overseeing the creation of paid and organic content across all owned media.

I’ve played a key role in evolving Fairfield’s visual and verbal brand identity by assisting in the development of updated brand guidelines and helping establish branding for new residential communities. I also support creative direction for photoshoots, ensuring visual content reflects both the company’s corporate positioning and the lifestyle narratives of each unique property.
